Both battery banks BROKE within 2 weeks. One of them EXPLODED and nearly caught the room on FIRE! I would have returned them but I was traveling out of the country and by the time I returned to the states the window to return them was closed. I contacted the company and got no response except the return window was expired. I could not believe that BOTH battery banks broke in such a horrific way. I was so lucky that I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and smelled burning plastic, because the bank that was plugged into the wall was litterally melting around the charging port. It not only melted the battery but the charging chord as well. Had I not woken up when I did it would have started a fire. Terrifying! The second bank exploded. I don’t know a better term for what happened to it. It basically separated into 2 pieces and wouldn’t hold a charge. I thought buying two I would be covered in case 1 broke, I never expected them both to break in such a short time frame and in such catastrophic ways. DO NOT BUT THIS ITEM! Horrible company with awful to no customer service.
