This item really does not work. In economy, where most of us sit, the chair back and tray table in front of you where this is supposed to hang is actually too close to you and while the picture shows a pair of legs resting in this product just above the ankles, the reality is that it hangs at thigh level and therefore completely useless. Very disappointing! I tried it in Premium Economy too ( Delta Comfort) and it's no better there. Might work in First Class but you don't need it there.
