The watch came in a box, loose, alongside the "product box" it should have been in. Like the watch was loose, not in its watch box. On Amazon it said I had 90 days to return, at about 31 days I decided the things I thought were wrong with the box were really wrong -- very short battery life and constant disconnects from bluetooth. I went to send it back and after you start return process, not before, it said: 15 days full return, 30 days 1/2 price, 30 days to 90 only warranty/repair return. Because it falsely announced there were 90 days, and the fine print wasn't announced until you started return process, I lost the return window which was as shady as the weird loose watch in a box. Also, watch had somebody elses information on it when I got it -- it hadn't been cleaned. Just overall a terrible experie
