I really, really wanted to like this product, and when I had a problem out of the gate, I contacted the company rather than write a bad review (as they request you do in their written instructions). They did reply within a reasonable time. Not terribly fast, but within about 48 hours. My problem was with the bottles. It started with the highlighter. No matter how I squeezed the bottle, nothing came out. I emailed, and their reply was, "We realize there is a problem with the nozzles, and we will be happy to replace the highlighter." I then went and tried all the bottles (I had only tried the highlighter when I sent the e-mail). About half the bottles did not work. I went back and emailed again and told them several more bottles did not work, and their reply was to let them know how the highlighter worked when I receive it. WHAT? They never offered to replace the other bottles, despite acknowledging that this is a known product defect. I was disappointed in that response. Now, the reason they get two stars. The apparatus itself is good. Works nicely. Takes a minute to get used to. But once you perfect the technique, it's nice. The coverage is sketchy. It takes a lot of product to cover any imperfection or any concealer or blemish. So you will use, more often than not, more than the 5-7 drops they recommend, or at least I have to (I'm 60 years old with less than perfect skin!!!). I would love to comment on the different colors of blush, or shades of foundation, but unfortunately I am not able to because of the faulty nozzles on bottles that they're sending out knowing they don't work.
