I already wear metatarsal sleeve so am accustomed to the extra padding in my shoe and the feeling of something always on my foot. that being said, the ZenToes metatarsel sleeve is terrible. the fabric is flimsy and thin. the pad is thin. even worst of all the stitching...I wish I could post a photo of the unit so it is obvious so I tried and I hope you can see what I'm talking about in the photo. Around the big toes it is flat and there is no stitching, ok fine, but around the other 4 toes as a group is a gathering of tight stitching that is much smaller than the fabric. I wore this unit exactly 1 day to work. I drove home without it on my foot because I couldn't take it anymore. my pinky toe was bright red and had a blister all the way around the toe from the stitching. I am filling out the form to send the back right now!
