This is a fun if somewhat loud toy. Both my son and daughter really enjoyed playing with it. So why the two stars? Well the design of this track has 4 little plastic pieces that are used to attach the braces that hold up the track to the track. Four little separate pieces. We lost one little piece about 6 weeks after getting this track and now the entire thing is useless. I searched online to find replacement pieces with no luck. I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing a pack of these little plastic pieces and was informed that they're not available. What? Really? I can't buy replacement pieces for this track that are essential for its use? No I can't. Obviously it's on us that the piece was lost. But my children are 7 and 4. Everything gets lost. I think it's bad design and planning to have little pieces that are essential but not replaceable. So we have this new track that is completely useless. My children are disappointed and so am I.
