cheap junk and companies warranty is garbage
this product worked great for 2 months--when an arm broke off the company told me they would not honor it. Product is junk and the company does not stand behind their warranty at all. Terrible company and a terrible product that does not last. I spent the extra money for the platinum because of the extended warranty which is absolutely useless. This company should be out of business with this terrible customer support.
