My cats, aged 16 and 15, ate this with seemingly no problems for many months now, maybe over a year, but this last delivery my daughter noticed some black gunk in it that looked like mold in two consecutive cans she opened. I've opened thousands of cans of cat food in my life and I definitely thought it didn't look right and told her not to feed it to them. I had received two 12 packs of these cans, so I opened the other pack, which had the same batch numbers on it though, and openness a can, and it had the same stuff. I decided to let my cat try it to see what he thought. He ate it. But then sure enough within two minutes he vomited it back up completely. I will be contacting the manufacturer but also wanted to out this alert up here that there is a bad batch and to be aware! Global id on package is #12340008 and says best by October 2022.
