Machine is not the one shown in pictures. The one sent has just the one button on top that you manually hold down (they recommend for 2 seconds each press, pressing 3+ times) to add the carbonation. In my experience, three presses of the button doesn’t give it much carbonation at all. I typically will hit the button (for the recommended 2+ seconds) 5-7 times, and the bubbles aren’t nearly what you’ll get in a bottle of sparkling water from the store. May be because the seal around the top of the bottle while operating the machine isn’t very tight. You can hear gas escaping after the second press of the button. Despite that, it is pretty hard to remove the bottle from the machine as well. I have to yank up pretty hard. I’ll keep using it for now because I am trying to decrease the waste generated by buying sparkling water. But I’m pretty disappointed since what I received isn’t what I thought I ordered (based on the pictures) and the quality is pretty lackluster.
