Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've reviewed this before, and have been very happy with it. However, I received a bottle that is not good, something is very wrong with it. The taste is different and it doesn't mix with water at all, like oil. And another bottle I recently opened also tastes different than previous bottles, though it does mix with water. I'm getting nervous about the quality control at Sunflower. A new customer would have no way to compare these things. It's been too long for me to return it on Amazon, so I thought I would call the company directly. Too my dismay and concern, I can't find any contact information, no website, nothing. The address on the bottle is a large office building in Austin, TX, and that's the extent of the information available. This to me is worrisome. I hope Sunflower Botanicals reads this and contacts me.
