I cannot describe my complete and utter disappointment in this couch. If you are someone who is on a budget thinking, "Man this is a great buy and it'll do until we can afford something better!" - Just keep scrolling. This purchase may be my one, true regret in life. My husband and I didn't have the luxury of parental financial support when we got married. So everything we got was used, and we've been building our lives from scratch. It is an AMAZING journey, but it is SO sad when you decide that it's finally time to have something *new* for once and you decide to get a couch that has poorer quality than the one we got from Goodwill 2 years ago. This couch is HARD and the cushions are bumpy. If you weight over 30 pounds, the cushions will slide all over the place and there is no hope for you to ever experience comfort. Now that we have established that this couch is a vile, awful, and deceptive piece of furniture. Let's talk about the sellers: It was a BAD experience. When this product arrived the entire left arm was broken, and still is. I have worked with the seller to try and reach a solution, but have been very unhappy with their resolution. It has been a terrible, terrible experience. I am thinking about filing a claim with Amazon because that is how terrible it has been. I am serious - embrace your Goodwill couch, and forget about this one. Because it will ruin your entire life. UPDATE So I am still cursed with having this disgrace of a couch in my life. I moved my Goodwill couch back into the living room, and the monstrosity that is this gray microfiber piece of garbage is in our study where it will sit until we get the time to build a fire and send it back to hell where it came from. I even bought decorative pillows to try and spruce it up. The other arm to the couch broke off almost instantly. So now, in just a few months, both arms are falling off. Maybe you think, "Wow! They must be really fat people who sit on this couch a lot" You are wrong. We are pretty average size (I'll admit, I had a baby 8 months ago and am probably carrying around 10 pounds that are almost as haunting as this couch). But we sat on this couch for a week before we switched it out. I went to vacuum it after I purchased the decorative pillows - and surprise! The other arm started to fall off.
