Don’t believe the hype!! Way more carbs I will be off keto!
Not 2 gram carbs! I think I will take my notes to a lawyer for throwing me out of Ketosis and feeling depress! Such false advertising! I only ate one omg...glad I only spent 3 bucks! That’s prolly why it’s on sale! I’m ketone blood reading freak! Cuz I try different snacks! This one ain’t it! Blood ketone Started at 2.3 after bar “just one” was at 0.2 an hour later! Usual dinner eggs and cheese and this damn bar took my damn soul🙄
