Product has history of USB failures and seller does not honor "unconditional guarantee"
Be warned, this product eventually loses USB connection to your computer, and the seller (Executive Communications Systems), has decided not to honor the "complete and unconditional guarantee for this product" clearly advertised on Amazon's product page. For $60, I would expect a product to last more than a year and a half.
