After all the review reading and searching other products I did, I couldn't be more disappointed. I really thought this would e a solid choice. As soon as I sat down on the seat cushion it went flat resulting in what could be no more than a half inch cushion between me and the seat. If you just have general aches this could work. If you have serious back and neck issues this is not the product. The cushion for the back of the chair is fine, probably because in an office chair you're not putting that much weight on it. I have been sitting on the seat cushion for about 10 minutes and I am already upset that I tossed out the old pillow and blanket combo I was using, that provided more support. I am 5'7 and weigh 180lbs, so this is not an "I'm too big for this" issue. I am very uncomfortable and not looking forward to starting the search all over to find relief and support for my back while sitting so many hours for my job.
