FILLED WITH CHEMICALS
Even though the product lists only 3 ingredients, what they don't tell you is that the mushroom extract is an add on from a third party company, therefore they don't need to list the chemicals that are there. Mushroom extract , most likely doesn't even contain mushroom. Those extracts are usually manmade chemicals. If you buy this product, make sure to put a bit on your tongue, if you perceive a horrible after taste and your jaw clamps, don't make the mistake I made and tell yourself "I wonder why people liked this flavor. Let me try diluting this with water" It forced me to seek medical help and there's nothing anyone can do, except recommending massive doses of lemon, a heating pad on my neck (my salivary gland swollen the size of a ping pong ball). Inside my mouth I have blisters all over and can hardly swallow. Great pain to get the Singapura Umami flavor, but I learned a lesson: never to buy anything with an ingredient from a third company, whether it is a flavor or not because legally this company TAKII doesn't have to disclose the amount of chemicals hidden in the "mushroom extract". 7 days have. gone by, my condition improved slightly, but I'm one of the luck ones, the rest that keep on eating this product, will keep poisoning themselves because unlike me, they don't suffer from an allergic reaction from manmade chemicals. So, this will go away someday, but, hopefully, I'll never do it again. If you value your health and it is worthy more than the quick flavor you can get from the chemicals in this product, stay away from it. It taste, after diluting, pretty much as soy sauce. You can use Bragg aminos, that is what I use
