Chair is comfortable enough but after 3 months the four hex bolts that hold the arms to the chair seat have ripped out of the wood and now the back is not upright enough and the chair is unusable. I only weigh 175lbs and I have not abused this chair in the least. I would not recommend buying this chair. Update 7 months later, I have fixed this chair twice with oversized bolts, washers, nuts and gorilla glue. My fix works but the chair is designed so poorly it gives me hip and leg pains that I have never had before. Steer clear of this chair.
