Nintendo is a wonderful gaming company with a great blend of computer programmers and artists. Nintendo is a horrible company with some of the worse business decision makers and incompetent hardware designers. This is the love hate relationship I have with Nintendo and with every step they make, you either get the wonderful computer programmers and artists being able to shine, or you get the horrible business executes and hardware designers ruining the company. The NES Classic sadly falls under the latter. The classic titles have already been made. They've stood the test of time and have had critical acclaim and reached various generations of people. All they had to do was come up with a good design and produce enough. Unfortunately they failed on both fronts. The short controller cable makes the console uncomfortable to play. But that will be the least of your problems since you'll never be able to purchase one as Nintendo's business executives refuse to produce enough of the console to make it available for consumers. Nintendo's business executives and hardware designers are anti-consumer.
