I am going to avoid AmazonBasics going forward. The tower arrived in a damaged box and the first platform had damage on 2 out of 3 corners. I tried to request a part replacement but could not find a direct line to AmazonBasics. I asked that they simply replace the damaged part vs. expect me to disassemble the whole tower but my request was ignored. The tower itself is flimsy. Medium to large cats are going to find the whole thing rather malleable. My cats are medium size and not picky. So having something is better than nothing. If AmazonBasics would have worked with me I would give the product 3 stars because I am keeping it vs. disassembly and waiting for an alternative.
