This phone is NOT UNLOCKED!!! I've called Verizon and they unlocked CDMA but it still wouldn't work. I went to Apple store and we tried GSM AT&T sim card - DOESNt work. Apple tech department told me that this phone is from Germany and they cant make it work in USA with our phone carriers. It was a gift, so I'm extremely disappointed
