I've had this for a month or two and just now am trying to program a schedule. Well, the option to program isn't there. I press menu and cycle through the options but the only options I get are TIME, DATE, F/C, and LOCK. No PROG feature. Update, after 40 minutes on hold I finally spoke to a Honeywell representative. In order to UNLOCK the PROGRAM feature you have to HOLD MENU and + for 5 seconds, you get the option of ISU which you select, you are given a 120 value and a 0 underneath, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE 0 TO A 2 OR 4 AND SELECT!!! Nowhere in the User Guide is this mentioned... **UPDATE** After my heater wasn't working no matter how I installed it based on the installation and user manual, I finally looked up the manual ONLINE to FIND THAT THERE IS A HIDDEN ADVANCED SETUP MANUAL THAT IS PART OF THE ORIGINAL MANUAL BUT NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PRODUCTS MANUAL This particular manual has about 30 different options that depending on the type of your AC/Heater system will allow it to work or not. I will never forgive Honeywell for this.
