UPDATE: 08/27/2018 Product now contains Phenoxyethanol, which is a MAJOR eye irritant. Not buying this again! And, I want to point out that the seller/manufacturer "silently" changed this formula/ingredient list. At no point did I see a notification nor anything in the product description or anything at all indicating a change of ingredients/new formula. That is lousy, to say the least, which makes me even more distrustful of this product. Shame on the maker for not being transparent with their customers. Large commercial brands alert their customers to product changes because being professional and reducing harm to the consumer is essential when applying something to your eyes!! In fact, I am reducing this to ONE STAR........because no stars is not an option. Yet, the seller/manufacturer is going to continue marketing this product as some natural option, ridiculous. ***Anyone considering this product might want to closely examine the ingredients that are listed. Original Review from Original Purchase - "With The Old Formula" (Below): I have been wearing mascara for decades, and I have to say that this "natural" product impresses me. The main reason I really, really love this mascara is that it doesn't irritate my eyes or cause my eyes to water. This is a first for me because I have tried other so-called natural mascara products, and they all irritated my eyes thus causing them to water. As a result, I give this mascara a 10/10 for being non-irritating. Next, this product lengthens, thickens, and improves the appearance of my lashes dramatically, which is exactly why mascara is such a necessity! Right? :0) And, I did not experience any clumping, flaking, or other problems while applying. Plus, this product is build-able. Meaning, many layers can be applied without a gummy mess occurring. Therefore, if I want a lighter coat or a heavier coating, both of these looks/types of application are easy to achieve without a hassle. The drying time was pretty fast. This means the product is "not too wet" nor runs the risk of smearing and smudging as I apply it. And, I only applied it once in the morning. The mascara seems to hold up all day! I even walked my dog and participated in some physical activity without having racoon eyes or anything like that. But, please note, I didn't do a full-fledged workout wearing this product so I cannot speak to that capability of the mascara. Still, it's impressive how well this product works. In addition, I found that warm water and light use of a soft cloth removes the mascara easily......And, my lashes are in great shape. Consequently, this mascara has not dried out my lashes or caused them to be brittle. Prior to using this product, I hadn't found a mascara that is actually good for your lashes or conditions them; however, this product seems to accomplish preserving, conditioning, and protecting my lashes. Additionally, the color of the product appears to be a true black tone. Conclusively, I feel that I found a mascara that I can rely on and continue to buy! In fact, I really cannot offer any constructive criticism for this product. Even the price seems acceptable/affordable to me. Therefore, if I failed to cover anything regarding this mascara, then please ask a question! Cheers!
