We have been long time Nautilus buyers...all the way back to their air bed, two (2) Bowflex machines & one TC5000 Treadclimber, and were very happy with all of them. Then, we bought a TC5...worst piece of equipment EVER! Very difficult to put together, extremely hard to workout on, hard on joints & legs, getting to 'pace' is nearly impossible and the treads keep moving to the sides and fraying. We called customer service & they told us that we would get used to the 'pace' (not in this lifetime) and we were also told that the treads moving were due to us being 'right footed' (what a ridiculous excuse)! Do not waste your money on this machine; you'll just end up returning it (at a cost of nearly $300)!
