When we first got this chair for my dad I thought it was great. It was very easy to put together you didn't even need tools. However after only 2 months the one side started pulling away from the back almost to the point of falling off. My husband looked at the chair thinking he could fix it only to find out that there was a major bolt that was missing and the frame was made of partical board. When trying to get a hold of homelegance neither Amazon or I had any luck. So I'm sending it back for a refund. Amazon would have given me a new one but I figure if I couldn't get service with the first chair I wasn't going to chance it with a second one.
