Skip Hop! What happened here?! My 5 month old was playing with the Bee Rattle when the arm broke off and a bead fell in her mouth! Thank God I was there with her else I'd be afraid of what could have happened! I love your products, I really do, but I am really shocked to see your product break like this. I've never had one of your products break like this before. My daughter really loved this toy; what can you do to help a long-time customer feel confident with your products again?
