I received the product on-time, and the package was in good condition. Instructions were good and all went well until the test was sent in for evaluation. I sent the test back the next day (11/9/12) after testing was completed (completed in the evening hours of the 8th). I spent the extra money to have it sent "priority", and paid and extra $10.00 to the lab to expedite the test evaluation. I receieved an e-mail from "Alpha Energy Labs" (11/14/12) stating: "The radon test kit you submitted to us recently could not be analyzed because there was a delay of 12 days or more in receiving the kit at the laboratory after the test was terminated. After 12 days from the date of the end of the test, the estimate of the radon concentration is no longer accurate." Well since their letter was dated on the 14th and the test was completed on the evening of the 8th, there's no way this was the case. I responded immediately to advise them of the error, and to this day (12/28/12) I have not been able to get a response from these people. So I do not recommend this kit for this reason, and if you do decide to go with this company, you have been warned. Good luck!
