I was very disappointed with the product. After trying to charge it as instructed it would not work. After some research, I figured out that the battery was defective. I spent 1 hour on phone with Dyson Customer Service to try to arrange an exchange, just to be informed that I should call again in two weeks as they did not have the batteries in stock... The Customer Service Representative was unpleasant and inept. She kept asking me to count the number of times the light blinked!!! Putting me on hold instead of addressing my concerns or taking any ownership of the problem. She was unable to get a supervisor to discuss or order a replacement battery. In short, overpriced junk with terrible customer service!
