I have purchased this same model of Skechers through Amazon for years and always loved them. The pair I received this time looked the same and the fit was great, but these shoes are not leather. They are not even high quality plastic. I have worn them for four months and they started peeling around the third month. The top layer that is peeling off is a very thin plastic like material and under this is a layer of something that looks like quilt batting. I am so disappointed in a once great shoe company. Are they knock-offs? When I ordered through Amazon, I thought they were coming directly from the Skechers company. I don't see how they can advertise these as leather. I can find no leather on them anywhere; just this thin plastic covering. Now the entire seam is splitting where it attaches to the sole. You've lost a good customer, Skechers!!
