This unit worked well for about 6 months. After 6 months no ozone produced. I contacted seller for options. This unit is supposed to have a 5 year warranty. Their first solution was buy new parts, I said what about warranty? I still can't get an RMA so that I can send in for repairs. I was given manufacturer's number, it's an automated system that doesn't allow you to speak to anyone. I am 10 days into dealing with defective item and still no help.
