Broke after 3rd time using
This scale broke after I used it for 3rd time. I'm wayyyy below the weight limit, did not drop it or otherwise cause damage. It just made a spring-noise and now it doesn't work. Amazon wants me to troubleshoot it and then talk to the manufacturer. It's a broken scale, and I'm not opening it up to work on it!. Bad product, bad customer service.
