I have been ordering these caffeine pills since 2013. I have ordered an average of 9 bottles per year for myself and friends/significant other who always ask for caffeine. These pills used to be great as they were not coated and were easy to crack in half or into thirds/fourths when you did not want a ton of caffeine. In early December 2019 I ordered a new bottle and discovered the pills looked completely different. They were fat and tall instead of flat and had a shiny coating on them. This makes them nearly impossible to break. Further, they are scored in a + pattern, so if you try to cut them you cannot cut them into thirds. Most concerning was that the bottle I received was missing 40 pills. I reached out to the manufacturer and supplier and was told that they changed the formula and they track quality control so theres no way they could be shipping bottles missing pills. They suggested someone stole pills from me. I have no idea how this would be possible since the bottle arrived sealed in the box from Amazon. Very concerning and upsetting. I will likely have to find a new brand of caffeine tablets.
