There is no reason why I should find hair in the shea butter (see picture). I didn’t even open it (see picture), so I know it isn’t mine. Products that go on people's bodies should be quality checked. I know it’s just one hair, but I plan on making soap and lip balm and I don’t want to rub hair on my lips. This also smells disgusting. I have bought shea butter before and used it many times, so I know there is a little bit of a smell. This is really terrible. If it didn’t have a hair in it, I may have kept it and tried to cover the scent with extra essential oil, but I doubt that would have worked. Sending back immediately.
