Pretty sure it is not cinnamon in the capsules. I've bought a lot of cinnamon caps before trying these for the first time. The color is not right. I opened one capsule and it doesn't smell strongly of cinnamon. There is a mild taste of cinnamon but nowhere near as strong as it should be. I feel like I was cheated! I would never recommend this brand.
