My card was initially approved for $700 credit limit. After using the card for several purchases, my limit was dropped to $100. I called to inquire about this and I was told after a periodic review my limit was decreased even though there were no missed or late payments. I kept the card anyway because when I spend I rarely go above that limit anyway. Well, today I found out my card was closed by Synchrony and I have not heard or received anything in the mail as to why. So, I called and the representative said it was done due to another periodic review and I would receive a letter in the mail. Again no late payments and no missed payment. My Amazon card closed. I do not recommend this card unless Amazon changes to another servicer other than Synchrony Bank.
