It was great until I needed to remove it from the glass. Everything died almost immediately upon removal. There are no instructions on removal or care thereafter and the advice I found online also failed me with this beautiful plant. The glass is poorly designed because although the plant grows well and fills the inside, it is practically impossible to remove through the small opening. The other option would have been to shatter the glass which would also have damaged the plant and created an unwanted and hazardous mess. My kids and I were really excited to watch it grow and saddened when it died. I recommend the maker put these plants in a small glass jar with the opening the same size as the base and to include instructions for after-care.
