I am hoping Amazon will let me return this product, though I am 10 days past the return period. After only 2-3 weeks I started noticing that the large top panel was changing color while all other panels remained, completely uniform, in the original color. The degradation and color chage is sharply distinct where the panels are stitched together. The top panel is basically varying shades of yellow/yellowish brown now (WITH A COUPLE "DROPS" OF THE ORIGINAL WHITE), while the rest of the panels are the original off-white color. I believe this is due to the top panel not having the UV protection applied, because nothing else explains the distinct change in color where the panels meet (if it were dirt or heat etc, the color chage would be gradual across the seams). Amazon may be selling factory "imperfect" merchandise in this case. Beware this product because I do not think mine will last even one season. UPDATE: Amazon has shipped a new cover to me, free of charge (as long as I return the original) so all seemed good on Amazon's front. Unfortunately, however, I now have proof in my hands that the quality of this product can vary tremendously item-to-item. Although the Part Numbers, 73922, are exactly the same on both of the items' tags, the original cover I received is much heavier and far more sturdy than the replacement. They simply must be made at different Chinese factories or the manufacturing materials or specifications have changed. In the original, the material and plastic undercoat is just thicker, and the piping and seams use thicker threads and are more cleanly sewn. The replacement item came in a plastic bag ("Epack") while the original was in a box, and when folding each cover back down it's just clear as day that the original has a hard time fitting into the replacement's bag. Also, for whatever reason, someone clearly wrote the number "2" in two places on the replacement and a large line was drawn down the middle of the front - I hope this is in chalk or something similar that will wash off with the rain, but it does make me wonder what the "2" means. Hopefully it lasts this time, but I'm willing to bet this quality variation is the reason some people are reporting ripped covers after one month while other claim it's the sturdiest cover they've ever had.
