A couple weeks after it arrived, a horizontal black line appeared near the bottom. I saw the exact same thing on the same model that was on display at Best Buy. Samsung says they will send a technician. But they only come on weekdays, which is very inconvenient. They expect me to take a day off work just so they can fix their defect? Frustrating.
