I bought these insoles and waited for a non-rainy day to walk in them the first time. This was in mid March. I was taking a brisk walk in my new Sketchers with these insoles and my foot turned under and I fell causing a severe sprain. I have been in a brace or a wrap and pretty immobile the last couple of weeks. I wore the shoes again this last week on an outing with my husband and almost fell again just walking in a parking lot. making my ankle sore. Now I see that I have passed the time I can return these insoles. Do not buy this insoles if you have a slight tendency to walk on the sides of your feet. These insoles will make it so much worse.
