The infomercial really does well at making this product seem really great. However, after receiving it I realized just doing regular crunches was actually better. The only exercise that I kind of liked was for the triceps. However my hands would slip off the clumsy foam pads and the arm would spring back slamming into my wrist. OUCH! Also tends to move around while doing the other recommended exercises. Not worth having another piece of equipment to try to find a spot for when not in use. I think 39.99 is more in line with what the price should be.
