This is probably a 5 star product to someone out there because it seems sturdy as hell and comes with a bunch of connectors for different needs. But for me, the absolute dealbreaker was the screw-on connector for car tires, where instead of having one of those switch style flip-down connectors, you have a plastic bit over a metal nut, kind of like a coax cable. (See the promo photo of the dude filling up his motorcycle tire - it's not a push-to-inflate tip, but a screw-on). Maybe this is a great feature for someone (more secure?), but the plastic cover kept slipping so I had to really use a lot of finger strength just to get it on. Impossible for my wife. I had a vision of some -5 degree February morning where I'm using a wrench just to fill up my car tires and sent the thing right back. Also, we have kids and I wasn't happy with how hot the exterior got. I replaced it with a bright orange Black and Decker one for about the same price, which has the idiot-proof flip-down connector and isn't a burn danger. Takes longer to fill tires, but I'm not doing as much cursing.
