Bought this for motion alerts. You have to have a paid plan after 30 days or they turn off all security features; alerts, on-off programming, videos, live streaming, audio, motion zones, making this light worthless for $200 purchase. The human motion is hit and miss, it will go 2 days with no human detection. The basic detection sends never ending alerts every 60 seconds for moths, shadows, etc...thus this motion detection is annoying and worthless. I complained to Snap support 7 days ago with these concerns and have received no fix. I just turned off the $3.99 monthly fee to use these security features since this is obviously not a legitimate motion security recording device...save your money!
