TP-Link has name but not sure if they have product or service to support the product. I purchased this range extender on recommendation form a Tech Support person. We have poor signal in part of our house. After spending three hours with person online and on phone, I am now returning this product. Depending on person, they tell you different story. Nothing make it work seamlessly. Their only solution was setup two different network and manually connect to one depending on part of house. This is not going to work all the time but they didn't have any other solution. Time to return the router and extender and switch to some other product.
