The new bulk package Plantronic Voyager Legend BT Headset I received is apparently NOT new, it looks not months old, but years old! I tried to wipe out the scratch marks all over the "outside" of the rubber area with my finger tip, no use. I'd upload the picture of it if I know how. I've been shopping with Amazon for many years but this is my first time to receive a used "new" item from a seller, one having 100% positive feedback! What a shame!
