I set this product up correctly, and used it a couple of times before the two pedals came "off track" from one another. While I am sure this is an issue that can be fixed, I am more concerned that the construction of this lateral trainer seems rather flimsy. In requesting a return for this item, keep in mind that you will still be responsible for return shipping costs on a really heavy item (so, even though there is clearly an issue with the product, I will get less than two-thirds of the purchase price back). I should have paid closer attention, because I thought I was going to be able to try this product out relatively risk free, but don't make my mistake!
