I am amending my review on the Roku. Everyone needs to be aware that if you purchase anything that is a Roku, rather it is a television or their Roku box their is no customer service. I purchased the Roku box and had it for less than 2 months, and after 4 attempts of being lied to, being told it was on it's way when it was actually never sent out, I got a hold of a supervisor and only then did they replace it. I have now had the new one for 5 months and it refuses to work. I am now having trouble with the Roku TV as you can see by the photos. I have made several attempts to contact these people and have not been able to reach anyone. There is a customer service number but beware that you will not be able to talk to anyone to resolve the issue. When you ring the customer service number, it starts to ring and BAM, instant busy signal non-stop. The recording refers you to their website troubleshooting or you can request a call back rofl, haven't received a call back yet and it has been over a week. These photos show you what I am dealing with. I can hear whatever it is I am watching I just get no picture regardless what I try to put on.
