Just got this unit in time for our New Years roast. Got it going at 132 degrees. After about 4 hours it started making a very loud and concerning vibrating sound (see video). At one point, it flashed 570P on the display - which I later learned means STOP. I unplugged the unit, plugged it back in, and the vibration noise continued. Since it’s New Years Day tomorrow, I will have to wait until Thursday to see if I can get any customer service. If not, the unit is going back.
