I loved the stand when I first got it, but after only 2 months, the swivel became very loose. The phone no longer stays in position. So I tried to email the mindsky_service@gmail.com like the instruction pamphlet indicated. I immediately received a failure notice indicating that email address does not exist. I also tried going to the www.mindskytech.com, via the QR code on the instruction pamphlet, and my phone notified me that my "connection is not private"..."attackers might be trying to steal my info..." so I am at an impasse. I do not recommend this company or this product. I gave this product 1 star for that reason. Had they been easy to contact regarding a replacement/troubleshooting, this review would not have been necessary.
