This machine seems fine, and overall, I enjoyed using it--once--before the plastic nut holding the hydraulic part to the frame broke and bent the yoke. I am an avid rower, but by no means wonder woman, so breakage after one use is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I had to bend the assembly back with big pliers and buy a metal nut to put this machine back together that is still totally brand new after a single use. Should this not include a metal nut in the first place?? Why is this piece plastic? A metal nut surely is not so expensive that including this in the item's build couldn't have been considered by the manufacturer? Two starts for cheap, crappy hardware. This is a machine with adjustable resistance designed to allow an adult to get a decent workout in--use metal parts with resistance pieces!! If you decide to go for it, this machine is fine, but replace that plastic nut underneath that holds the hydraulic piece in place with a metal one right away so you don't get screwed mid workout like I did after you barely used this thing.
