I bought this suitcase at the end of October - and have used it three times, and the zipper is coming apart. I've contacted Delsey customer service (took two emails to get a response), and now I'm being told I need to ship this back to a repair center as there isn't one within 100 miles of my house. (I live in Austin, Texas - not exactly the middle of nowhere.) Really disappointed in not only the quality, but in the customer service process.
