I was a cook in the Navy for 21 years. I used dehydrated Sour cream a lot. This stuff was disgusting tasting. I followed the directions it never thickened up and had a grainy texture. The taste was disgusting, nothing like sour cream, just bitter that left a terrible after taste. I have had a better taste left in my mouth after drinking bad warm beer, eating nachos, and then throwing up. That tasted better than this stuff.
