Why a product that could be great is that bad??? Why having 2 of three ports that are fully reversible Anker decides to put micro USB as the master cable having to check which way the port is facing every time you need to plug the lighting or USB C adapter?? It's really frustrating. Also, if there's a good reason I could not realize to put micro USB as the master, why don't you put a simple color code on each side to avoid having to go through the inconvenience of checking which way the plug should be. WHY NOT HAVE USB-C as the master cable? Please... Really disappointing.
